ENJOY SEA KAYAKING ON THE BLUE WATERS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN
We start off by carrying the canoes
from the beach of Olympos to the waterline. Your instructor will show
you the basic paddling techniques and help you with putting on your life
vest.
Our itinerary is filled with several delightful surprises. You will
follow your guide into caves, traverse in between rocks and jump into
the clearest blue waters for a swim.
If you have a mask and snorkel don’t forget to take these with you. You
can enjoy snorkelling the crystal clear waters during our breaks from
paddling.
After visiting several small caves on our way we will take a break on a tiny sandy beach wedged in between amazing rock structures overlooking the Ceneviz bay.
There you can swim and maybe watch someone climbing the rocks and jumping into the water from six meters height.
After this break you will continue your tour by canoe and you can follow
your guide into a small cave with turquoise blue waters and feel the
refreshing cool air coming from the depths of the cave.
On our way back we will carry the canoes back to the beach and after a
shower at the small beach restaurant you can enjoy eating pancakes, fish
or meatballs.
Advice: The canoe tours run twice daily. You will have plenty of time to
sunbathe on the beach after the tour so if you would like to bring
personal belongings with you (mobile phone, money, towel etc.) you can
leave these at the beach restaurant for safekeeping. Don’t forget to put
on sun cream before the tour and bring a hat if you have one.
Information: The canoe tour will be accompanied by a boat manned by a
second guide, this in conform with the regulations of the coastguards.
All participants will be given a life jacket. Also all participants
names will be registered at the activities office and they will be
insured during the activity.
